Cancellation Policy Plans change — we understand. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make the bay available to someone else. If you are running late, please contact us. Bookings more than 15 minutes late without prior communication may be treated as a no-show and cancelled. Late arrival does not extend your original booking time. Thanks for helping us keep the bays running on time.

By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to The 19th’s Booking & Cancellation Policy, House Rules, Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, as well as the Membership Policy where applicable. If booking on behalf of a group, you are responsible for making these terms available to the other players in your booking.
